EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY — Fantasy Lingerie NYC

Our fajas and garments are intimate compression wear. For hygiene reasons, exchanges depend on the type of garment.

Eligible for exchange

We only accept exchanges of fajas and waist cinchers with hook-and-eye closures or a zipper within 15 days, if they still have their original tags and are clean, unworn and undamaged. The 15 days start on the delivery date for shipped orders, and on the purchase date for in-store purchases.

  • The garment must have no cuts, loose threads or alterations, and must include all its accessories.
  • You can exchange it for another size, another color or another product of equal or higher value. If the new product costs more, you pay the difference.
  • In-store purchases require the original receipt.

Not eligible for exchange

Bodysuits, shorts, underwear and Final Sale items cannot be exchanged, even if they have hook-and-eye closures or a zipper. Styles 1016 and 1014 are considered underwear and cannot be exchanged.

Final Sale

Sale items are considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged. We also mark some items with limited sizes as Final Sale; this does not mean they are sold out.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for size, color or preference.

Incorrect or defective items

Please check your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect item or one with a manufacturing defect, contact us right away with your order number and photos. These cases are handled separately and are not subject to the voluntary exchange conditions or their shipping costs. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Orders delivered in the European Union

If your order is delivered to a European Union country, you keep any right of withdrawal granted by applicable law. The exchange exclusions above do not limit that right.

How to request an exchange

Contact us before sending the garment, by WhatsApp at (718) 779-7403 or at ndmbusiness@hotmail.com, with your order number. Packages sent without a prior request will not be accepted. Exchange address: Fantasy Lingerie NYC, 86-11 Roosevelt Ave., Jackson Heights, NY 11372.

Shipping costs for voluntary exchanges

For a voluntary exchange (size, color or style), the customer pays for shipping the garment back to the store and for reshipping the new garment, both within the United States and internationally.
