Our product sizes do not follow the US size standard.
Each style is made with different materials. Their elasticity varies, so sizes vary too.
Before buying, make sure to take your measurements and compare them with the size chart OF THE STYLE YOU ARE BUYING.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We only accept exchanges of fajas and waist cinchers with hook-and-eye closures or a zipper within 15 days of delivery (shipped orders) or of purchase (in-store purchases), if they still have their original tags and are clean, unworn and undamaged. Bodysuits, shorts, underwear and Final Sale items cannot be exchanged, even if they have hook-and-eye closures or a zipper. Styles 1016 and 1014 are considered underwear. Sale items are considered Final Sale; we also mark some items with limited sizes as Final Sale, which does not mean they are sold out.

We do not issue refunds for size, color or preference. Incorrect or defective items are handled separately. If your order is delivered to a European Union country, you keep any right of withdrawal granted by applicable law; this policy does not limit it. See the full Exchange and Return Policy.
