What is your exchange and return policy?

We accept exchanges on fajas and waist cinchers with hook-and-eye closures or a zipper within 15 days of delivery (shipped orders) or of purchase (in-store purchases), as long as they are unworn, clean, undamaged, and still have their original tags. Bodysuits, shorts, underwear, and Final Sale items cannot be exchanged, even if they have hook-and-eye closures or a zipper; sale items are considered Final Sale. We do not issue refunds for size, color, or preference. To request an exchange, contact us before sending the garment; for voluntary exchanges, the customer pays for return shipping and reshipping.
